Communication is indeed a bit complicated. We cannot expect someone to understand us without giving them understanding first.
But hey, what I regret is actually not the quality of communication itself, but about the INITIATIVE to communicate. I regret the fact that many people are so less initiative in communicating their thoughts, progresses, or wants... :(
